Ma Zhengqi (born March 1959) is a politician of the People's Republic of China. Since April 2013 he has served as Deputy Director of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce.〔(【引用サイトリンク】 title=副局长马正其个人简历 )〕 ==Life== Ma was born and raised in Yongchuan County, Sichuan. He graduated from Chongqing Normal University, majoring in Chinese language and literature. Ma became involved in politics in October 1976 and joined the Communist Party of China in April 1977. Beginning in 1976, he served in several posts in Yongchuan County, including public security member, director, and CPC party chief.
